This family business has been around since 1985, offering customers truly unique, high-quality products when it comes to wild game and specialty game products.

The secret to the amazing, tender taste of our smoked venison ham and Original Styrian Farmhouse Bacon (from our own organic-fed animals!) lies in the long drying process. It takes a total of 3 months, with 2 of those months spent up on an alpine pasture at 1600m above sea level, all while using fresh spices.

Coloman Strohmeier only uses wild game for his specialty products. This is because the animals live freely in their natural habitat and eat a varied, hormone-free diet, which means they meet the highest quality standards. He then uses his extensive experience and unique recipes to refine these game products, turning them into truly special delicacies.
