Coloman Strohmeier, a trained chef and master butcher, decided to specialize in game processing together with his wife.

The family business has now existed since 1985, offering its customers a unique product quality in the field of game trade and the production of game specialties.

The long drying times - a total of 3 months, including 2 months on an alpine pasture at 1600m above sea level - with the use of fresh spices are responsible for the excellent, delicate taste of the smoked venison ham and the original Styrian farmhouse bacon from our own organic feed.

For the production of his game specialties Coloman Strohmeier uses exclusively free-range game, because of its unrestricted habitat and the varied and hormone-free food it meets the highest quality criteria. The game specialties are refined with a lot of experience and own recipe and thus become special specialties.
