Down payments
For a fixed reservation we ask for a deposit of € 200,00 per person. The deposit corresponds to a reservation confirmation. In case of late arrival or early departure we charge 100% of the total arrangement price.
In case of timely cancellation, the deposit will of course be returned.
Travel insurance
Therefore, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance, because after all, something can always come up. You caneasily calculate your cancellation premium at Europäische Reiseversicherungand take out the policy.
We have a HEART for singles and single travelers with child!
Planning a vacation for single travelers with children is not always easy - but we make it possible! The double rooms and family rooms of our hotel and inn can be booked for an adult with child or children without having disadvantages in the price!
The children's discount is therefore valid with us of course also with only one full-payer (in the same room)!

Cancellation policy:
To be able to plan your vacation carefree, we have adapted our cancellation conditions. You can cancel or change your reservation free of charge up to two weeks before arrival.
After that we charge the following cancellation fees:
- up to 4 days before arrival 70 % of the total arrangement price
from 3 days before the day of arrival, in case of no-show and early departure 100 % of the total arrangement price
Please do not hesitate to call us personally to find a mutual solution.
To be on the safe side, we recommend that you take out European Travel Insurance. You can do this directly under Hotel Cancellation Plus.
