These are your tasks

  • Producing and arranging the á la carte & half board dishes
  • Organization and responsibility
  • Support for the chef
  • Monitoring of the food quality
  • Assistance in the training of our apprentices
  • Introducing new and creative ideas
  • Compliance with HACCP standards (control of food, ensuring cleanliness).

What you bring to the table:

  • completed professional training in gastronomy (cook)
  • Experience in á la carte cuisine and half board preparation
  • Enjoyment and desire to work with fresh & seasonal foods
  • Good knowledge of German
  • curious & eager for knowledge

According to the collective agreement, the position is classified in employment group 3.
Depending on qualifications, experience and commitment, we pay from € 2,130.00 gross for 40 hours. We are also happy to conclude net salary agreements.
