Deposits
For a confirmed booking, we kindly ask for a deposit of € 200.00 per room. This deposit acts as a booking confirmation. For late arrivals or early departures, we will charge 100% of the total package price.
If you cancel on time, your deposit will, of course, be refunded.
Travel Insurance
That's why we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance, because something can always come up. You can easily calculate and purchase your cancellation premium with Europäische Reiseversicherung.

Planning a holiday for single parents with kids isn't always a breeze – but we're here to make it happen! You can book our double and family rooms at the hotel and Gasthof for one adult with a child or children without any price disadvantages!
So, of course, our kids' discount also applies even if there's only one full-paying adult in the same room!

Cancellation Policy:
To help you plan your holiday without a worry, we've updated our cancellation policy. You can cancel or rebook your reservation for free up to two weeks before you arrive.
After that, here are the cancellation fees we charge:
- up to 4 days before arrival: 70% of the total package price
from 3 days before arrival, for no-shows, or if you leave early: 100% of the total package price
