Customs and tradition
During the holidays, listen to the sounds of ratchets and children's voices instead of church bells. Visit with your own Körberl on Holy Saturday, early afternoon, the meat consecration at the cattle market in Murau. Delicacies such as meat, eggs, krenn and bread are packed in it. After the consecration you are cordially invited to take the traditional Easter snack from your own Körberl with us. Do not forget the "Eiertutschen". In the evening, for the children already at about 19.30 o'clock the traditional Easter fire is kindled at the fire department in the ice pit. Celebrate with the locals at the crackling of the fire, drinks are provided. The next morning, don't miss our traditional Easter egg hunt. Around the house, many red eggs will be hidden by the Easter Bunny. Young and old are invited to join in.
