At Lercher's Restaurant, we don't just cook. We tell stories - about Murau, about Styria, about the people who live here. 

Our ingredients do not have to travel long distances. Because we know exactly where they come from and who is behind them. From the Grabmaier-Rath family with the goat meat, the Wernig family with the lamb, to the hunter who brings the game. We know them personally - and you can taste it.
