Nature offers a great variety of culinary impulses for seasonal dishes in every season. We, at the Murau Gasthof Hotel Lercher, work with fresh ingredients from the region and are always on the lookout for new products from the immediate vicinity. 

Whether freshly prepared in house or preserved by boiling down, pickling and fermenting - from elderberry syrup, pickled mushrooms, quince jam to fermented lemons. We take the time that the product or dish needs to preserve the flavor of each ingredient and combine them into a whole in our dishes.
