- Check-in and check-out of our guests
- Preparation of arrivals and departures
- Preparation of offers and confirmations
- Ongoing guest services
- Hiking and leisure recommendations
- Complaint Management
What you bring to the table:
- well-groomed and self-confident appearance
- good and confident manners
- Computer and EDP skills
- excellent knowledge of German, written & spoken
- English advantageous
- Interest in long-term, permanent employment
- Loyalty, confidentiality and honesty
According to the collective agreement, the position is classified in employment group 3. Depending on qualifications, experience and commitment, we pay from € 2,130.00 gross for 40 hours. We are also happy to conclude net salary agreements.
