In the first year of your apprenticeship, your gross salary will be € 1,000.00.

- Food and menu knowledge
- Processing and handling of food (cutting techniques)
- Preparation methods of meat, fish, vegetables and side dishes for satiety
- Cooking menus and á la carte dishes
- Preparation and supervision of the breakfast buffet
- Hygiene regulations
What you bring to the table:
- Interest in the profession of cook
- Enjoyment and desire to work with fresh and seasonal foods
- Good knowledge of German
- curious and eager for knowledge
- positive compulsory school leaving certificate
- Willingness to work weekends and every 2nd Sunday off
In the 1st year of your apprenticeship, your gross salary will be € 1,000.00.
