Red Bull Ring in Spielberg

The Redbull Ring Spielberg is about 50 minutes by car from the Murau Gasthof Hotel Lercher and a frequently visited destination in the region. Around the new landmark, the 17 meter high bull, guided tours with a look behind the scenes of motorsports are offered among other things The track length is 4.318 km and thus corresponds to the Grand Prix track layout from 1996 to 2003.

Since the reopening in May 2011, top-class racing events such as DTM, ADAC GT Masters, European Le Mans Series or Truck Race Trophy have been held at the Redbull Ring Spielberg.

With the Formula 1 Austrian Grand Prix, the Red Bull Ring Spielberg can once again welcome the top class of motorsport. In this setting, a true "motorsport festival to touch" is celebrated. Accompanied by an adult with a valid ticket, children up to 14 years of age even come to the race track free of charge.

At the end of the race, a fan will wave the legendary"Chequered Flag". Only at Spielberg do Formula 1 fans get as close to their idols as nowhere else. See for yourself and don't miss the event of the year.

The voestalpine wing represents the gateway to the Red Bull Ring and the world of Spielberg. Here, visitors are hospitably welcomed and informed directly at the start-finish straight. On the ground floor you will find a café ready with the necessary refreshment before the Spielberg adventure. Of course, there is also a fan store. In the information office you can get vouchers and tickets.

The Car Park of the Redbull Ring houses the in-house motorsport vehicle fleet. Here is the right toy for every motorsport fanatic - whether 4 or 2 wheels, asphalt or off-road! The vehicles are waiting to be tried out by you on the different tracks. In winter, a special driving experience is offered with adventure laps, winter training and drift sessions.

In the Driving Center, drivers increase their speed and are prepared for the challenges of the race track. Here, 46,000 m² offer a skid pad, a downhill track, a circular track and a large irrigable asphalt area.

For those who are less enthusiastic about motor sports, the numerous possibilities at the Red Bull Ring certainly allow you to find the right thing.

In winter, the roof terrace of Bull's Lane becomes an ice rink and invites you to ice skating, ice hockey and curling. The 40-meter-long "Bull's Slide" allows for pure fun while sliding down the tubes. In addition, the Red Bull Ring is a destination for cross-country skiing in winter with its numerous cross-country trails. The trail courses in the pits are ideal for indoor trial bikers.

The Ring is also the venue for various cabarets and concerts. In 2016, the Spielberg Music Festival was held here for the first time.
